Please note that temporary provisions are in place during Covid-19 for regaining possession of a property during Covid-19. You should refer to the Government website and our Covid-19 Guidance for the most up to date information. This Letting Handbook does not include the Covid-19 requirements under Section 8 or Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988 as these are temporary requirements and some of the information in the Letting Handbook will not be correct when serving notices during Covid-19.
Searching the Handbook:
You can search the handbook using the magnifying glass symbol on the top left hand side of the handbook by typing key words into the search box and then pressing enter. This will take you to the first page that the word is displayed on. You can then keep pressing enter which will take you to other pages that contain the search word.
You can also click on the links in the contents pages which take you straight to that page and a ‘back to contents’ link is provided in the top left hand corner of each page. The Index pages contain links to take you to the reference when you click on the page number next to the index entry.
