The Letting Centre publish a range of tenancy agreements which can be purchased via our Gold and Pro Gold Subscriptions.

Our tenancy agreements are ideally suited for Agency and Professional Landlord use.  The agreements are provided with an annual update service and comprehensive drafting and guidance notes with over 50 additional clauses that can be added to the agreements in individual situations.

The Letting Centre’s Letting Handbook contains everything you need to know about residential tenancies in one practical volume. The Handbook is available to purchase in either printed format or as an online version.

The Handbook is fully indexed and packed with useful information and practical advice.  The Handbook also gives a convenient and authoritative statement of the law as it applies to residential lettings in England.  

There are seven Letting Centre leaflets which provide a summary of information, rules and regulations relating to residential lettings. These are available as downloadable pdfs only.

The letting of property is closely regulated with respect to consumer safety.  Landlords and agents should have a clear understanding of their responsibilities under the regulations.  Letting agents should also ensure that landlords are provided with sufficient information to assist with compliance.
