Our Membership Packages

The Letting Centre Professional Series tenancy agreements have been drafted for letting residential properties in England. The documents are reviewed and checked annually by a specialist housing lawyer to ensure the agreements remain compliant. We currently offer four levels of membership – Bronze, Silver, Gold and Pro-Gold. To help you decide on the best membership level for your needs we have compiled a comparison table to show the benefits at each level.  Please note that the price shown for Silver, Gold and Pro-Gold memberships are for one year’s subscription. 

Gold membership is for small private landlord use and must not be used by letting agents, larger landlord companies or online business models.  Letting agents and larger landlords (e.g. those who let out multiple properties under a company name) will need to purchase the Pro-Gold membership.  N.B. The Pro-Gold annual membership price is for a ‘single office’ and excludes online business models. ‘Single office’ means a letting business operating from a single office location letting up to 400 properties in a single local area.  Businesses with multiple office locations letting more than 400 properties or running internet based letting services will require a bespoke licence and should contact us to discuss an appropriate licence.

Both Gold and Pro-Gold subscriptions may be used only for purposes of the letting business of the licence holder.  The document(s) may not be resold or distributed on a similar commercial basis for any other purpose.    The subscription includes compliance support if any clauses or our documents are questioned by a professional . All our Professional Series agreements are provided by way of an annual licence and are subject to our Licence Terms and Conditions. You will need to have an up to date subscription in order to use the forms under our copyright licence.
