Health and Safety Executive v Morris, Marshall & Poole (2011) Crown Court
An estate agent employed an elderly maintenance contractor to carry out repairs to a carport and gutter of a rented property. Whilst carrying out the repairs th plastic roof panel gave way and the contractor fell around two metres from the roof to the ground and died.
