FIXED TERM AGREEMENT?? 2 Years, 9 Months ago  
I AM COMING TO THE END OF MY TENANCY AGREEMENT, ON THE 28TH OF MAY 2009, I WISH TO MOVE OUT OF THE PROPERTY ON THIS DATE, DO I STILL HAVE TO GIVE ONE MONTHS NOTICE, ALTHOUGH MY TENANCY IS COMING TO AN END, OR IS IT 14 DAYS NOTICE I HAVE TO GIVE?

No notice required by a tenant at the end of a fixed term unless the tenancy agreement requires it.
