All Letting Centre Publications are available under our Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme. We are so confident with the quality and value of our products that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund for the goods provided that they are returned to us, undamaged, within 28 days of receipt. Professional Series Tenancy agreements and other licence-related or support-related products are covered by a separate guarantee - see below.

Because we believe that our letting agreements provide a comprehensive and well-drafted product for professional use, all users of Professional Series agreements are given the guarantee that if our standard agreement is not accepted by any bank or building society, then the Letting Centre will provide the necessary advice or support to ensure compliance.
