This agreement has been developed in response to a professional market encompassing letting agents, solicitors and other professionals engaged in the property management who seek a more comprehensive format. The 'Agent' is cited as a party to the agreement and is given explicit authority to act on behalf of the landlord. The agreement can be readily adapted for use as an assured tenancy agreement and for use in situations where the tenancy cannot be assured (e.g. resident landlord). Information contained within the drafting and guidance notes explains how the agreement can be suitably modified. The amount of the Agreements includes a one-off fee of £85 (+VAT) for the actual agreement and an annual licence fee of £65 (+VAT). Important information about pricing: The annual licence runs from January to December and so the initial amount for the licence will be pro-rated according to the number of months left to run in the current calendar year. If you purchase the agreement during the last two months of the year, your licence will automatically run to December of the following year. Click here to view the terms and conditions of the licence. Licences are invoiced annually in January and should be renewed if you wish to continue using the Letting Centre Agreements.
