This aims to ensure that tenants have a fair and free means of resolving complaints, and enables tenants to download from the BPF website an assured tenancy agreement which explains the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants. Along with the code of conduct and the access to redress the easily understandable agreement assured tenancy agreement is designed to help landlords as well as offer protection tenants, and to instil confidence in the service of members of BPF.
