Winding up of four abandoned property companies

My Pad Asset Management Limited, Yourpad Residential Limited, Town and Country Partnership Financial Services Limited (“T&C”) and Yourpad Milton Keynes Limited have been wound up by the High Court following an investigation by the Companies Investigation Branch (CIB) of the Insolvency Service.

The Luton and Milton Keynes based companies, which provided estate agency, sales, lettings and mortgage advice, had been abandoned by their directors, leaving hundreds of customers’ personal and financial records and house keys at the former trading address in Luton. It was also alleged that the companies were insolvent, had not kept adequate accounting records, lacked commercial probity and had not co-operated with the investigation.

The companies offered mortgage advice, and acted as both an estate agency and a residential property letting service. They provided social housing to local authorities in Luton and Milton Keynes and also to private landlords and individuals.
