The Information Point contains three main areas:
Heaps of useful information and advice is provided free of charge in the letting site, advice on dealing with troublesome tenants and landlord, advice on serving notices and standard forms, and general information on setting up and dealing with your tenancies. Site visitors may be asked to register with the Letlink Information Point in order to gain access to parts of this section.
The Letting Library is an important resource for letting professionals and landlords. It gives access to the Letting Update Journal and the one of the largest sources of online letting information on the web. This includes the Letting Centre's large library of Letting Factsheets and back issue articles. The Library section also contains the various common types of tenancy agreements, statutory forms and copies of the key statutes relating to residential lettings. The Library section is available to all Letting Centre Subscribers
Online advice is available through the Information Point resources - such as Letting Factsheets, and our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.
We regret that the Letting Centre is not able to provide general telephone advice.
