HHSRS Simplified
In an effort to simplify the Government's new Health and Housing Safety Rating System, (HHSRS) new guidance has been published explaining the rating points system.
'Scale points are used in the HHSRS formula to denote the judgements
made of the likelihood and spread of outcomes.... The likelihood
scale is based on the logarithmic scale of 10 to root 4. The
standard ranges have been calculated by a logarithmic scale of 10 to
root 8 (x 1.3335), the alternate rounded values of which give the 16
single Representative Scale Points used in the HHSRS calculation.'
