Site Usage
Due to the nature of our website we recognise that for some new users the navigation and content can seem quite complex at times. To make life easier we have compiled this short guide on how to best use the site.
We currently have 4 access levels within the site - Public Use and Bronze Members are FREE whereas Silver and Gold Members are paid subscriptions. We recommend that site visitors should register as Bronze Members as a minimum, as this will enable you to post questions on our popular forum boards (Public Users can read the boards but cannot post). Once you have registered on the site you will be sent a confirmation email that will contain a special link. Please click on the link to activate your membership. You will not be able to login until this action has been completed!Once you have registered as a member and login you will be directed to your profile page. Please take a few moments to update your profile in the 'Contact Info' and 'Business' tabs so we have the relevant information to match your membership needs. If you wish to upgrade your subscription at any time then just select 'My Profile' from the left hand menu and then click on the 'Subscription' tab and select your preferred option. The 'Directory' tab allows Silver and Gold members to add their agency details to our Agents Directory.
The top menu provides direct access to the main elements of our site and the side menu has been compiled to provide quick access to the most used areas of the site. Please note that there are elements within the Library section that are restricted to Silver and Gold subscribers only. For Bronze and Public Users we have placed a sample of of our Knowledgebase questions and answers in the Frequently Asked Questions under the Letting Information Point menu.
