Scenario:   Old lady owns three bed house with annexe (not self contained).  Son lived with her all his life and for 25 years his partner lived there too.  Son died four years ago and Son's partner moved a new lover in a few weeks later.  Old lady did not mind Son's own partner but objects to the partner and new live in lover.  She has asked them to leave and they wont and have clearly taken over her house, not just keeping to the "annexe".  They get to the phone first etc and it has all got too much for her.  She has written to them several times asking them to leave and giving dates of months hence but they just ignore the letters repeatedly.   She has consulted a solicitor who has done nothing to advise and just says it is up to her to get rid of them.  She is in her 80's and clearly needs help and I don't know the answer either.  Any ideas of what she does next ... I would be okay if this was an AST but clearly this is not.
