Hiya at the moment iam fighting with my landlord over compensation we feel we are due, due to 10 days witout hot water or gas central heating during january of this year on a new system that had been installed only back in the summer.at the time the landlord agreed to giving us some compentaion for the inconvenience and asked us to put our claim in writing. we did and now he is saying that we need to provide evidence. firstly are we entitled to claim? and what evidence is he asking us to provide?
