Title: Gas Safety Regulations Post by: Jim Roy on February 10, 2007, 07:00:41 PM I occupy a flat in a block of 10 flats. There is no gas supply to individual flats, only to the communal boiler for heating. I have received a letter from the landlord saying that they wish to carry out a gas safety under the above regulations. Is there any need if there is no gas supply?
