Title: HMO query Post by: Wendy on January 29, 2007, 02:37:53 PM I manage a three-storey house in the Chelmsford area. Will i need to register under the new HMO licensing provisions. How much will it cost? Are there any ways to avoid the licensing requirement?

There is no way to avoid it unless you reduce the number occupants to less than 5 or let it as a single unit
