Title: crime Post by: Rick on July 09, 2008, 07:52:54 PM Recently my flat has become the subject of a murder investigation. I have been advised by the police not to return for my own safety. Does this give me the right to break my current tenant agreement and move to another flat without loosing part of my deposit, especially if I am using the same estate agent?
