Title: Deposits Post by: Sharon Lynchehaun on July 07, 2008, 03:24:16 PM I have a tenant who signed a twelve month AST. After 3 months she phoned to say that she needs to move out in 2 months time. If i am unable to find anew tenant in this time am i allowed to keep her deposit?
