Title: LANDLORD'S NOTICES TO TENANT
Post by: STEVE GIBSON on October 05, 2007, 11:26:26 AM
The Letting Centre Factsheet 20 states " Statutory notices should be served either by personal service on each tenant or using postal service to each tenant by recorded or registered post". Is this a view based on past experience or is this laid down in the law somewhere? Can anyone help throw some light on this?
