Now that there are a variety of companies providing utilities to residential properties how will I know if one of my tenants has changed their supplier ?
Answer:
To avoid wasting time at the end of a tenancy trying to find out whether or not the tenant has changed supplier a clause can be included in the tenancy agreement that requires the tenant to inform the landlord or agent in writing where the supplier of gas, electricity or water is changed.
