Question Title: Death of a Landlord

Question:
83
Sadly, one of my client landlord's died recently. He obviously cannot be named as the landlord when serving possession notices. What should I do ?
Answer:
The executor of the estate of the deceased landlord (or the agent with the executor's permission) can sign any notices to be served on the tenant and should sign "in the estate of [the deceased]"
