Question Title: Gas Safety
| Question: 218 |
| One of the properties that I manage has a British Gas Three Star maintenance contract which includes an annual safety check and service of the gas boiler which is the only gas appliance in the property. Would this suffice as a Landlord Safety Check or do I have to have a separate check carried out ?

| Answer: |
| According to British Gas, provided they are notified in advance that the property is tenanted and requires a landlord gas safety certificate, they will carry out the additional tests and issue a certificate (at a small additional charge)
