Question Title: Liaison with courts

Question:
188
I don’t know anything about taking a possession action. I have been lucky with my tenants so far. Who should I contact?
Answer:
The necessary forms will be available from your local county court, the address of which will be in the phone book. Establishing contact with the court can be helpful in understanding the sequence of events. The initial contact should be with the court manager, although he or she may later refer you to, for example, the person in charge of the issue section or the listing officer. The court normally has a target of 5 working days turnaround on issue of proceedings. But if you have a priority case then this should be discussed with the court manager.
