| What are the notice requirements for the grounds for possession?

| The notice requirements vary. At least 2 weeks notice is required for grounds 3, 4, 8 & 10-13, &17. Ground 14 does not require prior notice before proceedings can be started. For the remaining grounds two months notice is required.
