Question Title: Obtaining a suitable agency agreement

Question:
165
I need to obtain a standard management agreement or 'terms of business' for my landlords to sign. Where is the best place to obtain one ?
Answer:
You might contact your solicitor or The Letting Centre (who sell the Agency Agreement Pack). Alternatively, contact your professional association - they might have a suitable proforma. Whichever route you choose, you will need to adapt the agreement to suit your own particular systems and fee structures.
