In one of my properties the joint tenants have taken in someone whose name I do not know. He is not paying any rent and I want him out of the property. What can I do?
Answer:
Providing there is nothing in the tenancy agreement that could be construed as giving him any rights then this person could be treated as a trespasser. and possession sought on that basis.
