| If one of my properties is defined as an house in multiple occupation will this change my health and safety responsibilities?

| Answer: |
| If your property is deemed to be a house in multiple occupation then there will be additional duties imposed on you as landlord. The current provisions are set out in Housing Act 2004. Information regarding these duties will be found in Letting Factsheet 40.
