Question Title: Forfeiture Clause

Question:
108
My tenancy agreement does not appear to contain a forfeiture clause. What can I do should I wish to obtain possession ?
Answer:
Although every standard assured shorthold tenancy agreement should contain a forfeiture clause, it will be inconvenient if your tenant is in breach of the agreement as you will not be able to start possession proceedings on this ground. It is not fatal however, you will still be able to recover possession at the end of the tenancy under the s.21 procedure.
