Refusing Access 4 Years, 7 Months ago  
The Notice to Quit has expired and I have applied to the Court to evict my tenant. Unfortunately she is refusing to allow prospective purchasers and/or the Estate Agent access to view the property.

Does anyone have any advice? It seems to be a grey area.
