Implied surrender 2 Years, 10 Months ago  
We served notice on a tenant who was sharing occupation without consent. The keys were handed back to a member of staff from another department who thought they were being helpful. Unfortunately it was a week before the contractual end of the tenancy. Does this constitute implied surrender by virtue of the fact that we accepted the keys, albeit inadvertently?
