Hi guys,

I am new to all of this stuff so if my post seems pretty naive...well, its because I suppose I am.

I am tax exempt on my income which is via a War Pension. I am letting a property in which tax gets deducted before i receive my cut from the Letting Agent. My rental income is currently £450 of which £397.12 gets delivered to me.

My question is; Do I need to pay that tax on the rental income or because I am tax exempt do I not need to bother?

Sorry if the question isnt very well put.
