Hello

Can anyone help? I have a garden fence which backs onto a public walkway. The fence has been damaged either by the weather or possibly vandalised not sure but about six of the upright boards have been broken. I have a dog and a small son and can't allow either into the garden to play in case they get past the fence. My landlord insists that I repair the fence and pay for it even though this damage was not caused by me. Is there any way I can get him to repair it?
