Water pressure 2 Years, 10 Months ago
Hello!

I am the tenant of a flat in London (Hammersmith and Fullham) and I am having a problem, and i was wondering if any of you could help with this question:

I just moved to the flat and after I moved, I realized that the water pressure of the tub is ridiculous. The water simply stops running when I lift the shower handle to head height. And even below that height it isn't enough to take a decent bath. Not even lying down on the tub.

We (me and my girlfriend) aren't able to take a bathe that lasts less than 30 m, due to the inefficiency of the water pressure, which doesn't even rinse. We have to use tupperwares to do it.

My contratct states that the landlord is obligated to “keep in repair and proper working the installations and premises for supply of water, ... regard shall be had to the age and locality in whichn is situated.”

The location doesn't have a water pressure problem and the building is quite recent.

Questions: Is it then landlord's obligation to provide a better water pressure? If so, is there a minimum water pressure value?

What else shoud I consider?

Thnak you and please consider my problem!
