I had been a Letting Manager with another company for several years, and due to my disapproval of how situations were dealt with, both on behalf of the Landlord, and Tenant, I left my job. I loved the job itself, just not the unfair way in which I was forced to treat our Landlords and Tenants...our PAYING customers.
