hello there, I wounder if someone can give some information please?
I have been a tenant of a pub since 1999, on a renewabal 5year tenancy, recently the brewers (landlords) who own the pub have accepted an offer for the freehold from a third party. Should they have offered the freehold to me as a sitting tenant for first refusal? and what happens if the new owners and I cannot agree on a new tenancy?
