hi, im new ere....
can anyone advice me ?
iv recieved notice for the owner to seek possession when my tenancy ends on 4th september, but im wanting to move out approx 11th august, can i legally do this or could the landlord refuse ?
what will happen if i do move without doing it the proper way ?
