How much is the notice period upon lease expiry? 2 Years, 8 Months ago  
We hold a lease that expires July 2009, our contact mentions 2 months notice by either the landlord or the tenant. What happens in the event the lease expires and we then decide to give notice - would it still be 2 months notice required? Thank you
